Haifa, 1979. After another series of fights and squabbles, Vivian’s seven brothers try once again to mediate between their sister and her husband, Eliyahoo, whose only common denominator is their similar cultural background and their four children. The story revolves around the home and the family, and describes the three days of preparation for the Shabbat.
Who is the winner in this hopeless battle? Is it tradition? Love? Fear? Or is it the heritage of a
culture which, although slowly being modernised, is still proving to be the strongest factor of all?
